Furnished bedroom, double bed, off-road parking under car port, garden backing onto farmers fields good for walks, storage space available in outbuilding. Shared kitchen, living room and bathroom but would only be sharing with me. Fast broadband.
Walking distance to premier or co-op and bus stop.
I have one friendly small Pomeranian dog that lives at the property too.

Preferably after a female tenant. Non smoker.
