Flatmate required urgently in Stockbridge flat

A room is available in my flat in Comely Bank and I'm looking to hold viewings over the next couple of days.

The flat is fully furnished, spacious, and tastefully decorated (it currently looks a little more lived in than shown in photos).

It is a 15/20 minute walk from the city centre and is just around the corner from Stockbridge.

A little bit about me - I am a professional working in a 9-5 hybrid role. I’m looking for another professional to move in as my existing flatmate is buying a flat. During the week, I play tennis and go to the gym, then enjoy going to the pub with friends on the weekends or going for walks. Ideally looking for someone who is sociable, but who also does their own thing.
