Buchanan View Room for less than half of rent

I am leaving this tenancy on 16th of June and looking for someone to takeover. Current rent price is around 180 per week but I am listing it for 350 per month for 2 month. The room is in a dormitory called Buchanan View, where students live only. The room is geographically in a good location, since coach station is 5 minutes, Buchanan galleries is 5 minutes and george square is 8 minutes away. There are 3 universities nearby, Glasgow college (8 minute), Caledonian (4 minute) and Strahclyde (10 minute) away.
Because of the dormitories policy, only students can stay in this place. It has a common garden, common area and parking (for a fee). I can transfer the tenancy before 16th of June but it should start at 16th of June. The room is an en-suite room with a shared kitchen of four.
