I’m Renting my double furnished spare room in a modern spacious apartment close to the city centre.
You will also have primary and mostly
Sole use over the main big bathroom as I have an en-suite.
The room is furnished.
I normally travel to work 4 times a week and have one day at home but I am working from home atm , doing cover, so I would prefer someone who is not remote but it’s not out of the question.
I am a light smoker/vape but never smoke inside of the property.
I am looking for someone who is friendly, tidy and respectful of my home and my personal space. I like my quiet evenings in and chill time

Im on a regular bus route 21s to town and 34 to Derriford hospital.
20 minute walk to town.
Loads of free parking and right next to the dockyard :)
